Sometimes, as a Joshua Tree Family Photographer, I have the absolute pleasure of photographing another photographer and their family. These sessions are always so special to me (as are all my sessions) because I know that other photographers have many, many connections. So when they choose me, specifically, to capture their family’s memories, it is very humbling.

I “met” Erin through an online course we both took a few years back. She is an amazing senior photographer in Missouri. When she reached out about coming to California for a family vacation and possible family photos, I was so excited. Not only to get to photograph her and her beautiful family, but also to be able to actually meet her in person!

This little family of four were the sweetest! Beautiful daughters, a loving husband and father, and an incredible mother! Their dynamic was so fun to watch, as all my families are! We laughed, they danced, it was amazing.

I’m so thankful that Erin and her family gave me this opportunity to create these memories for them!
