As a Joshua Tree Couple's Photographer, I am always looking for inspiration. Whether it's in a location, the setting sun, or the couple themselves, my eyes are always open, always searching, always looking for that perfect equation to add up together.
Before leaving Camp Pendleton, I really wanted to get together with a videographer I know, Doug Davis, and create a behind the scenes video. In order to do that, I would need the perfect couple to execute my ideas.
I've known Aundrea & Nari now for about 6-7 years, I think. We became friends when my husband and Nari worked together on Camp Pendleton. This couple is so unbelievably sweet and kind and caring and giving, I really wanted to give back to them. They have 3 kids who are all such good little people. I've told Aundrea a few times how great she and Nari are doing raising them. They're polite, they listen well, and they are just fun little nuggets. Leo, their youngest is a little sparkler in the dark. You might remember the mommy & me I did with Aundrea and Leo in 2016.
While I knew these two were the perfect couple for this particular session, please know they are by no means "perfect". Like all couples, they've had their ups and downs. They've continued to choose one another through the darkest of times and they continue to grow together. I'm so honored to have been able to capture these moments for these two lovebirds. I truly loved having them be apart of this session and I can't wait to share the video Doug creates with you all, so be on the look out for that!
