Before moving to the Joshua Tree/Twentynine Palms area, I was a couple's photographer with easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches. I had the pleasure of working a session with Dakai Perez Photography. This was the first time we ever collaborated on a session and I'm not sure it could have turned out any more beautiful.
Kelly & Austin are a beautiful couple in the San Diego area. Kelly works as an LA Kings girl and Austin is in the US Navy. Together, they make an incredibly lovely duo. Not only are they both sweet and genuine, but they are literally beautiful. Kelly planned their outfits perfectly. That red dress really popped against the blue sky and ocean. Austin looked dashingly (yes, I really just used that word) in his uniform. They moved so well and comfortably together it made photographing them a breeze.
I had so much fun working with Dakai and photographing Kelly & Austin. They'll be getting married early next year and I'm sure their wedding will be as incredible as they are.
I love being able to capture couples in love and these two made it extra easy for us! The beautiful light and location helped a little too. It was such a pleasure getting to work with these incredible people. Thank you to Dakai for allowing me to tag along!
